HOW TO CLAIM

1. Register with Cyclone's 'Great gate and gate fitting promotion' to submit your claim (hit SUBMIT MY CLAIM above). Fill in the claim details with the gates and gate fitting packs you have purchased and upload a copy of your invoice.

2. Enter your personal details and submit your claim.

3. Once your claim is submitted, it will go through the approval process. See below about how to check the status of your claim. It may take up to 25 business days for your eGift card to be emailed to your nominated email address.

Please note: Any submission with a store's email address will be rejected.

UPLOADING YOUR INVOICE:

Your invoice can be uploaded as an image or pdf document. If your invoice is more than one page you will need to include both pages in the image or load as a PDF document.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY $15 BACK? - CYCLONE FLEXI EGIFT CARD.

A Flexi eGift card is an electronic gift card that lets you choose where you'd like to shop! Once the eGift card is received via your chosen email address, you will be able to allocate your amount to a retailer to spend it.

Once you choose where you would like to spend it, the eGift card can either be added to your smart phone wallet or printed out and used instore

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR CLAIM?

Once logged in you can check the status of your claim by clicking on the 'My Account' tab down the left hand side on the claim form. This will tell you whether your claim has been submitted, approved, needing more information or rejected. Note: To see this status you must login with the same email you used to submit the claim form.
