What is the promotion?
This year Cyclone are running a cashback promotion on N-Sure gates. If you purchase four (4) or more N-Sure gates throughout May & June 2024 and you can receive $10 back for each N-Sure purchased.
How long does the promotion go for?
The promotional period is from 1st May 2024 – 30th June 2024.
What is the minimum spend to be eligible for this promotion?
The minimum spend is four (4) N-Sure gates. Any range of sizes can make up your minimum spend of N-Sure gates.
What products are included/excluded in the promotion?
This promotion is only valid for Cyclone N-Sure gates (any size). No other gate style is included in this promotion.
Are all stores running this promotion?
Any store that stocks Cyclone products will by default run this promotion even if they are not advertising it. This promotion is run by Cyclone as we receive the claims and will be fulfilling the digital visa gift cards to customers.
Do I put products in excluding or including GST.
We ask that you provide your items at invoice costs which does not include GST. When submitting your claim GST will be calculated for you to ensure your total value spent meets the minimum spend. You will just need to input the unit price (excluding GST).
How do I know if my claim is entered?
Once you have completed your claim online you will receive an email that states you have successfully submitted your claim.
I’ve entered the wrong information on my claim, what do I do?
Please email your details to our promotions team at promotions@cycloneproducts.com.au or call Cyclone Customer Service on 1800 199 450 and they can assist by updating your submitted claim details on your behalf.
How can I check the status of my claim?
You will be emailed throughout the promotion with updates on your claim status. Please note that it can take up to 25 business days to process your claim.
When can I enter my claim?
The promotion period if from 1st May 2024 – 30th June 2024. Claims can be submitted anytime throughout the promotion period and up until 1 month after the promotional period (31st July 2024). Please note products must be purchased during 1st May – 30th June 2024.
Will you accept a hand-written invoice?
No.
What if I purchased my products in April or July?
The N-Sure cashback promotion is only valid for purchases made between 1st May 2024 and 30th June 2024.
I’ve lost my receipt?
Ask the distributor to “reprint it”.
